Family Tasker is operated by Toto Inc., [Your registered address] ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account.

When you register you create a "family" and become its owner. When you accept an invitation you join an existing family as a member.

Everything you add to a family — watch list entries, notes and other content — is visible to every current and future member of that family. Do not add anything you are not willing to share with them.

Anyone in a family can invite additional people by email. Inviting someone means sharing their email address with us so we can send the invitation.

You agree not to:

• use the service unlawfully, or to store unlawful content;
• upload content that infringes someone else's rights;
• send invitations to people who have not asked to receive them;
• attempt to access another family's data, or disrupt the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Titles, posters, ratings and descriptions are supplied by TMDB and remain the property of their respective owners. We do not guarantee that this information is accurate or current. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing odthinker@gmail.com. Content you added to a family may remain visible to that family unless you ask us to remove it as well. See the Privacy Policy for your data rights.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you and ask you to accept the new version. The version you accepted is recorded against your account.
